Opt-Out Login
If you are a Settlement Class Member and want to keep any right you may have to sue or continue to sue the Defendant on your own based on the claims raised in this Litigation or released by the Released Claims, then you must take steps to get out of the Settlement. This is called excluding yourself from or “opting out” of the Settlement.
To exclude yourself, you must submit a Request for Exclusion either online or by mail no later than November 4, 2025.
To start your online Request for Exclusion, you must login with your Notice ID and PIN. You can find your Notice ID and PIN on the Notice you received. If you misplaced your notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@RefrescoDataBreach.com or (844) 496-0920. Please request your Notice ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
You may also mail in your Request for Exclusion by following the directions in Question 18 and sending your letter to:
